  • We'll come to your property at your convenience and inspect your home, conferring with you as we go.
  • Call your insurance company.
  • Let them know you've had your property examined by a certified contractor. Ask for a claim number and report it to your Gopher Company representative
  • Meet with all three parties.
  • The Gopher Company and your insurance company will arrange a time to visit your property and do an assessment together.
  • Follow up with your insurance company.
  • Your insurance adjuster will submit a report to the insurance company; the company will respond with the amount of damage they are willing to pay for.
  • Finalize the project.
  • Your The Gopher Company representative will review the insurance report, and together you will decide on materials and colors.
  • Let The Gopher Company take care of your home!
  • The Gopher Company will arrange with you when your materials and dumpster will be delivered.
  • The project will begin and your The Gopher Company representative will keep you updated on what's being done and what the timeline is.
  • Payment and finalization.
  • The Gopher Company will notify the insurance company
  • The Gopher Company will collect payment after satisfactory completion of the project and you have received your final insurance payment for depreciation. You will be responsible for upgrades and deductibles; The Gopher Company will deliver the warranty upon payment.
