• Meet with all three parties.
• Gopher Roofing & Remodeling and your insurance company will arrange a time to visit your property and do an assessment together.
• Follow up with your insurance company.
• Your insurance adjuster will submit a report to the insurance company; the company will respond with the amount of damage they are willing to pay for.
• Finalize the project.
• Your Gopher Roofing & Remodeling representative will review the insurance report, and together you will decide on materials and colors.
• Let Gopher Roofing & Remodeling take care of your home!
• Gopher Roofing & Remodeling will arrange with you when your materials and dumpster will be delivered.
• The project will begin and your Gopher Roofing & Remodeling representative will keep you updated on what's being done and what the timeline is.
• Payment and finalization.
• Gopher Roofing & Remodeling will notify the insurance company
• Gopher Roofing & Remodeling will collect payment after satisfactory completion of the project and you have received your final insurance payment for depreciation. You will be responsible for upgrades and deductibles; Gopher Roofing & Remodeling will deliver the warranty upon payment.
